Admin Change to Application Form, 16.5.23
An administrative change to the application form currently in use by this committee was made on the 16th May 2023 - see details of changes made here
The Application now makes reference to the HSE National Consent Policy for Health and Social Care Research 2022, the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity (Amendment) Act 2022, and Statutory Instrument 29 of 2023. Recognised Research Ethics Committees were notified by the Department of Health on the 3 May 2023 that they can now grant a single national opinion in relation to studies which involve exposure to medical ionising radiation pursuant to S.I. No 29 of 2023.
