Substantial Change to Application Form, 8.6.21
A substantial change to the application form currently in use by this committee was made on the 8th June 2021 - see details of substantial changes made here
This change is for the purposes of referencing and incorporating the amendments to the Irish Health Research Regulations which were signed in to law earlier this year on the 21st January 2021.
